HFC Lab Assessment Tools
These assessment tools have been developed for the newly developed HF3M/3E course plan (August 2025) but could be used with other foods courses.
Please note that these resources are the property of OFSHEEA, and should only be accessed by members of OFSHEEA for the current school year. Please respect the work of your colleagues and our organisation.
