Teaching with COVID-19: Guidelines for Family Studies Teachers

As the 2020-2021 school year approaches, many are left wondering, “what is my classroom going to look like with all of the COVID-19 rules in place?” While every school board may have different ideas regarding their back-to-school plan (e.g. full class rosters vs. cohorts; quadmesters vs. semesters, etc.), one thing is for certain – all staff and students need to practice physical distancing and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of shared tools, equipment, and surfaces in order to stop the spread of the virus.
